MINISTRY IN KAKE

Kake Memorial Presbyterian Church runs a range of weekly ministries centered on meeting practical and spiritual needs in this remote Alaskan community. These ministries include Sunday worship, a cafe and food pantry, weekly community meal, and other programs for all ages throughout the week.

House of Peace

Opened in June 2024 after two years of construction, House of Peace is a community café and food pantry (built alongside the Mission House, which provides housing for interns and mission teams). It serves meals and prayer support to local families and also gives children a welcoming place to do homework and grab a snack after school.
